Please note that shipping costs are never included in product prices and are always borne by the customer.
Available Shipping Methods:
EX WORKS (EXW) – Customer Pickup
Under the EX WORKS (EXW) Incoterm, goods are made available for collection at our warehouse.
- The customer is responsible for organizing pickup and transportation
- All risks and costs transfer to the customer once the goods are collected
- No shipping costs are charged by us
Recommended for: customers with their own logistics partners or freight forwarders.
DHL Shipping – Paid at Checkout
We offer shipment via DHL for customers who prefer us to arrange transport.
- Goods are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
- DHL business delivery terms apply
Please ensure that the delivery address is suitable for business deliveries.

Shipping costs shown at checkout are indicative. In rare cases involving oversized or heavy shipments, additional charges may apply. Customers will be informed prior to dispatch if adjustments are required.
Incoterms & Additional Delivery Options:
Our standard shipping options are EX WORKS (EXW) and DHL shipping.
For larger volumes or specific logistics requirements, alternative Incoterms such as:
- FOB (Free On Board)
- DAP (Delivered At Place)
